Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PDDevelop (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Skyline Stack. We aim to keep data collection minimal and focused on running the game, processing store purchases, and showing ads.

1. Information we use

Skyline Stack is designed to work primarily with non-personal and device-level data:

• Gameplay data stored on your device — such as best score, best floors, lifetime perfects, gem balance, daily streak, selected theme, settings (sound / haptics), and purchase flags. This stays on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app.
• Advertising and analytics data via Google AdMob — including advertising identifiers / device IDs, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, OS version, app version, and interaction with ads (for example impressions and clicks).
• Purchase data via Google Play — when you buy Remove Ads or gem packs, Google processes the transaction and a purchase receipt / entitlement so we can unlock the item on this store account. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Technical diagnostics — limited crash or performance information that may be collected by the platform or ad SDKs to keep the app stable.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, postal address, or government ID.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

If you have not purchased Remove Ads, Skyline Stack may show ads through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may use cookies, advertising IDs, and similar technologies to:

• serve and measure ads;
• limit how often you see the same ad;
• combat fraud and abuse;
• personalize ads where allowed by your device and regional settings.

Children-directed ads are not used. Rewarded ads may grant a continue, a daily extra attempt, or gems only after the ad network reports a completed view.

3. Device IDs and non-personal data

Advertising partners may process device advertising identifiers (for example Android Advertising ID) and other non-personal technical signals. These identifiers help deliver ads and measure performance. They are not used by us to identify you by name.

You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or equivalent privacy controls on your device and region).

4. How we use information

• to operate and improve the game experience;
• to display rewarded and other ads that support free play;
• to fulfill in-app purchases and restore entitlements;
• to understand basic usage and keep the app reliable;
• to respond to support or data requests you send by email.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical, advertising, and purchase data is processed by service providers such as Google AdMob and Google Play as needed to show ads, process payments, and run the app. Those providers process data under their own policies.

6. Data retention

Local game progress remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Advertising, analytics, and purchase retention is controlled by the relevant SDK / store providers according to their policies.

7. Children’s privacy

Skyline Stack is a general-audience skill game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• request access to personal data we hold about you;
• request correction or deletion of personal data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority.

9. International processing

Advertising, store, and infrastructure partners may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are handled by those providers under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
