Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Skyline Stack, published by PDDevelop. By downloading, installing, or playing Skyline Stack, you agree to these Terms.
1. The game
Skyline Stack is a casual tower-stacking skill game. A floor slides above your skyline; you tap to drop it. Misaligned floors are trimmed; a complete miss ends the run. Daily challenges use a UTC date seed so every player gets the same official puzzle that day. One official daily run is granted per UTC day, plus an optional extra attempt via a rewarded ad. Features may change as we update the app.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must use the app in accordance with Google Play policies and applicable law.
- Do not attempt to cheat, reverse engineer, disrupt ads, or interfere with other players’ experience.
- Do not misuse advertising flows (for example artificially generating rewarded-ad completions).
3. Game rules (summary)
- Tap to drop the sliding floor onto the tower.
- Only the overlapping slice stays; leftover pieces fall away.
- Perfect center hits grant bonus score and combo. The tower wobbles more as it grows.
- Score, progress, gems, and settings are stored on your device unless we state otherwise in an update.
The in-app behavior of the latest installed version is the authoritative game rules if anything on this page differs after an update.
4. Virtual items (gems, boosters, themes)
Skyline Stack may include virtual items such as gems, Slow-Mo, Guide, a Continue, tower themes, and similar helpers. These items:
- exist only inside the game and have no real-world cash value;
- are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use;
- are not property that you can sell, trade, or redeem for money;
- may be earned through gameplay, rewarded ads, or purchased as gem packs;
- may be modified, rebalanced, reset, or removed at our discretion when we update the game.
Losing device data, uninstalling the app, or clearing storage may remove local progress and virtual balances. We are not obligated to restore lost virtual items unless required by law or a specific written commitment.
5. Advertising and purchases
The free version of Skyline Stack is supported by ads (including Google AdMob) unless you purchase Remove Ads. Watching rewarded ads may grant a continue, a daily retry, or gems. Ad availability depends on your network, region, and ad partners and is not guaranteed.
Remove Ads is a non-consumable unlock. Gem packs are consumable. Restore Purchases re-grants Remove Ads and unlocked entitlements on this store account. Prices are set by the store and may vary by region.
6. Intellectual property
The game, name, visuals, code, and related materials are owned by PDDevelop or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDDevelop and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Skyline Stack.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10, if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
9. Updates and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the app itself. We may also suspend access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your understanding of how Skyline Stack works with advertising, purchases, and device data.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish updates. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
